1. Applications based on the "extension" system: after the formal review is passed, an application announcement and an extension approval announcement will be published in the Macao Special Administrative Region Gazette. If no appeal is made within one month, the registration certificate can be issued; If the formal review fails, the application can be corrected and resubmitted without substantive review;

2. Applications directly to the Economic Services Bureau: After the formal examination is approved, an announcement of the application will be published in the Macao Special Administrative Region Gazette, and any person may raise objections until the date of authorization of the patent right. A request for substantive review should also be made.

3. Design and New Type Registration Within 30 months from the date of application, fill in the "Application for Other Acts" and submit the application for substantive examination to the Industrial Property Registration Application Counter, otherwise the relevant registration application will be rejected.
