2. Review Form

1. Applications based on the "extension" system: After the formal review is passed, the application announcement and the approval of the extension will be published in the Macao Special Administrative Region Gazette. If no appeal is made within one month, the registration certificate can be issued; If the formal review fails, the application can be corrected and resubmitted without substantive review; 2. Applications directly submitted to the Economic Bureau: After the formal review is passed, A notice of the application will be published in the Macao Special Administrative Region Gazette until the date of authorization of the patent right, and any person may raise objections. At the same time, a request for substantive examination must also be submitted; 3. Within 4 years from the date of application, the utility patent shall submit an application for substantive examination to the industrial property registration application counter by filling in the "Application for Other Acts", otherwise the relevant registration application will be rejected.
