The industrial appearance has not been verified. application 1. The power of attorney shall be notarized and certified at the embassy or consulate. 2. Appearance documentation in English and Arabic.

Transfer 1. Power of attorney certified by the embassy or consulate. 2. A deed of assignment (DOA) signed jointly by the transferor and the transferee.

Change of Address/Name 1. A proxy letter with the latest address/name certified by the embassy or consulate. 2. An official certificate of change.
