Thailand trademark examination form is divided into formal examination and substantive examination. It mainly examines whether the trademark documents are registrable, similar or identical to the previously applied trademark, and whether they comply with relevant laws and regulations. Trademarks that have not passed the examination may apply for review within 90 days from the date of receipt of the notice of rejection, and trademarks that have passed the examination will be announced in the official gazette. The announcement period is 90 days. If there is no objection or the objection is not established, the trademark shall be registered. If an objection is made during the announcement period, the applicant shall submit a reply within 60 days. If the reply is not made within the time limit, the application shall be deemed to have been abandoned.

Thai trademark registration is valid within 10 years from the date of application, and can be renewed 3 months before the expiration date, with a leniency period of 6 months. The renewal is valid for 10 years.
