I Submission of Documents

1. Application information: the Chinese and English names, addresses and postal codes, application countries, contact persons, etc. of the Qatari patent applicants and inventors.

2. Design pictures or photographs: Qatar patent applicants should submit three-dimensional views (expanded views) and six-sided views (I. e. front view, back view, left view, right view, top view and bottom view). The size of the six-sided views must be consistent. If necessary, reference views should be submitted.

3. Brief description of the design.

4. If priority is claimed, the notice of acceptance of the earlier application and the proof of priority of the earlier application shall also be provided.

5. Statement of small-scale entities (if the Qatari patent applicant is an individual or a small or medium-sized enterprise with less than 500 employees or a non-profit group)

6. Affidavit and Power of Attorney.
