Qatar's trademark application is accepted about one week after it is submitted, the Qatar Trademark Office will conduct formal and substantive examination. If the examination fails, it will issue a rejection notice and require the applicant to reply within the time limit specified in the rejection notice. The announcement shall be arranged immediately after examination and approval, and the objection period shall be 4 months from the date of the announcement, and any stakeholder or prior right holder may raise objections. If there is no objection or objection is not established during the announcement period, the trademark will be approved for registration.
