IPONZ (New Zealand Intellectual Property Office) conducts formal examination and substantive examination of invention patent applications. The applicant/anyone can submit a request for substantive examination no later than 5 years from the application date. If the PCT application enters the New Zealand national phase in advance and submits a request for actual examination at the same time as entering the national phase, the substantive examination can only be carried out when the 5-year period expires.

The effective date of the New Zealand invention patent is 20 years from the date of application.

2. Chinese patent application acceptance letter;

3. Chinese patent application documents (claims, description, drawings, abstract);

4. A copy of the applicant's business license or ID card;

5. Chinese name and address of the applicant and inventor;

6. If the name and address of the applicant and inventor have a customary English translation, please provide it; if not, it will be freely translated by our company;

7. Request for confidential review and copy of priority;
