1. The PCT pathway can be nationalized in Turkmenistan by entering the Eurasian regional phase.

2. Review Form

submits the application, the application will be subject to a form review. Through formal examination, the Patent Office issues a provisional patent protection certificate. The applicant may file a request for substantive examination within 5 years from the date of application, and the patent will be examined in substance. If the patent application meets the requirements of protectability, the patent right is granted and the authorization is published. Turkmen (application materials submitted in any other language may be considered submitted if a Turkmen translation is provided within three months from the date of submission)

1. the name and address of the applicant;

2. Name and address of the inventor;

3. Full set of application documents: including claims, specifications, abstracts and drawings;

4. If priority is claimed, a certified copy of the priority document (the priority document may be filed within four months of the filing date);

5. The power of attorney for the signature must indicate the name and position of the signatory (which can be submitted within 2 months from the date of application), and does not require certification and notarization.
