The trademark will be announced within 5 days after acceptance, and the announcement period is 3 months. If there is no objection during the announcement period, the official will conduct a substantive examination of the trademark, including the examination of the distinctiveness of the trademark, whether it violates the prohibition clause and whether it conflicts with the previous trademark. After the examination is passed, the registration will be approved and the registration certificate will be issued. If the examination fails, a notice of rejection will be issued and the applicant will be required to reply within the time limit specified in the notice of rejection.
