For applications that are not on an absolute basis, objections may be filed within 6 months, and the time is within 2 months from the date of receipt of the notice. If the registration is ruled upon opposition, the applicant is required to provide the rejection application documents, the application for review and relevant supporting documents; the trademark ruled to be registered shall be invalid from the beginning. If the applicant does not raise an objection within 3 years, it will be deemed to have automatically abandoned the trademark and the trademark will be automatically revoked.
