2. trademark type

adopts the description of goods and services in the 11th edition of the Nice Classification, and accepts multiple categories of one label. It can apply for registration of text trademarks, graphic trademarks, three-dimensional trademarks, color trademarks, etc. with words, graphics, letters, numbers, sounds, packaging shapes, three-dimensional logos, and color combinations.

3. a list of trademarks and/or services according to the international classification;

4. documentary evidence of priority (if required);

5. Power of attorney, which does not require certification or notarization, can be supplemented within 3 months from the date of application.

4. Review Form

an application for registration of a trademark, the Lithuanian trademark examiner conducts a formal examination and a substantive examination to examine whether the trademark application meets the formal requirements and whether there are absolute grounds for rejection or invalidity. The Office does not conduct a prior search of the trademark. Then enter the objection period, if there is no objection, the trademark will be registered and issued a trademark registration certificate.
