The Czech Republic currently implements the Trademark Law promulgated in 2003, which can apply for registration of text trademarks, graphic trademarks, space trademarks, location trademarks, color trademarks, patterns (Withpattern), sound trademarks, multimedia trademarks, hologram trademarks, action trademarks, etc. with words, names, letters, numbers, graphics, commodity shapes and outer packaging, or combinations of the above elements.

5. Power of attorney for trademark application (only required when entrusting a trademark agent);

trademark after registration is 10 years, and the validity period is calculated from the date of application; the renewal can be processed within 12 months before the expiration date, and the extension period is 6 months (the extension will be charged extra), and the renewal period is 10 years.
